KABILLION SEES TREMENDOUS GROWTH IN AUGUST; ADDS NEW CARRIER, NEW SERIES AND THREE NEW VIDEO GAMES.

Kabillion, the new multi-platform kids' program service, recently completed its biggest month ever and looks to build on that success with a variety of announcements integral to its future growth, including its addition on Bresnan Communications cable systems, a new series and three new video games on its website.

Kabillion, available both as a free video on-demand (VOD) channel and a free online broadband site (www.Kabillion.com) has seen a 32% gain in average weekly VOD orders in the 3rd QTR of 2007[1] compared to the first quarter of this year. Much of the channel's recent success can be attributed to the August launch of a new preschool-focused block of programming known as Kabillion Jr., as well as the increasing popularity of the new "I Got A Rocket!" and "Mix Master" series, as well as continued strong viewing of the hit series "Bobby's World" from superstar comedian Howie Mandel.

"We're very pleased with our latest results," explains Bill Schultz, CEO of Kabillion. "The increase in viewership and distribution is proof that we are delivering a great service. The feedback from the advertising community has been tremendous. We're developing a loyal and enthusiastic young audience that's steadily growing, in a very competitive environment. This success will only be magnified with all of the exciting new content offerings planned for the rest of 2007 and 2008."

The availability of Kabillion in digital cable households also got a boost when the service was recently added on Bresnan Digital Cable throughout Colorado, Montana, Utah and Wyoming, joining digital cable homes on Comcast Cable systems nationwide. Additional MSOs are expected to be added by year's end.

Kabillion has also launched the brand new animated series "Staines Down Drains," from EM.TV, on all platforms. The stylized 2D comedy-adventure program focuses on the lives of twin youngsters John Stanley Staines and Mary Jane Staines, who have the ability to travel down the drain and into the sewer system below their town, where they discover a wonderful - but sometimes dangerous - underground new world. It's a gross-out adventure, with sharp-witted humor.

Kabillion's online platform will also introduce users to three new original video games created for the website, based on the Network's top rated series. "Playworld Invasion" finds Gumpers and Dinko, two of the aliens from the "Pet Alien" series, wreaking havoc in an amusement park go-cart and gamers must help young Tommy catch them before they do additional damage to the park. "Big Fish" features the lead character from "Bobby's World," the Emmy®-nominated animated series, in an underwater adventure where he dreams that he's a large fish in the ocean trying to eat as many small fish as he can before being caught. "Rocket Lander" is based on the new hit series "I Got A Rocket!" and asks players to help navigate Rocket back to Vinnie's house and avoid the evil Ducky kids, all before he runs out of fuel.
